M85 – M86 expressway, Csorna bypass
Engineering services
The Csorna bypass (phases I+II) on the M85 represents the second
phase in the extension of Hungary’s high-speed road network toward
Sopron and Szombathely. The new stretch of road bypasses
the city from the south, thus relieving residents from most of the
traffic on main roads 85 and 86. In phase I of the bypass section,
the M85 and M86 expressway share the same carriageway.
