Public procurement

UTIBER is listed among the official public procurement consultants registered in Hungary, and our licensed public procurement experts have an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant regulations. Our activities also comprise the preparation of design documentations, the comprehensive management of tenders, the preparation of grant applications, and the analysis of economic aspects required for feasibility studies.

Real estate management, site preparation

Our Site Preparation and Legal Department boasts decades of experience with regard to acquiring plots necessary for the realisation of linear transport facilities, and ensuring land requirements for various types of investments.
